Create a seasonal hot mat for your table in this class while working on your appliqué skills. Participants can bring their own fabric or purchase a kit for the class. Kits will include all the fabric, backing, binding, and insul-Bright. Participants should bring thread to match their fabric (suggestions will be made for the kit). Other supplies needed: basic sewing supplies, an open toe appliqué foot, and your sewing machine. Machines can be rented at an additional cost.

Depending on experience, participants may not have time for the quilting or binding. Susan will share tips on completing the project.

Gather your holiday fabrics (new or from your stash) and make “Signs of the Season” quilt with Donna Paul. This scrappy Christmas quilt will take 6 months to complete starting May through October - plenty of time to have it ready before Christmas.

Learn some new techniques such a paper piecing, a sashing short cut, and lots of other tips big and small from Donna and other participants. 

Class will begin on May 13th at 1:00 p.m. but the participants will discuss the schedule for future months. 

Thursdays, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Bring your embroidery, hand sewing, or small project to a weekly gathering focused on productivity, sharing ideas, and fun!  No registration needed and no cost to participants.
